Return Policy – Rav’s Pet Kitchen

At Rav’s Pet Kitchen, we prepare every meal with care, using fresh, homemade ingredients tailored for your dog’s health and happiness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if something isn’t right with your order—such as:

      You received the wrong product

      The food arrived damaged or spoiled

      There was a packaging or delivery issue

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

1.     Email us at: ravspetkitchen@gmail.com
 Include:

      Your order number

      A description of the issue

      Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

2.     Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will ask you to safely discard the product.

3.     After confirmation:

      A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days,

      Or you may choose store credit or a replacement order—whichever you prefer.


Important Notes:

      Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

      We cannot offer refunds for products that were not refrigerated promptly.

      Refunds will not be issued without proper documentation or if reported after the 24-hour window.
